I just want to say thank you to Ray, Shelby and Caleb for making the buying of a hot tub to be such a great experience. From the time I walked in the door to the time I paid for the hot tub I could not be happier with how the whole crew took care of my wife and I. This is an A+ business.
The time came for my Sundance Optima hot tub to be installed. I wish all companies had employees as nice and knowledgeable as the three that come to my place to install my tub. It says a lot about the business by the employees that work there. The three from the store did a fantastic job setting up my tub. They got it exactly where I wanted it. Set up everything. Waited for the tub to fill with water. Then showed me how EVERYTHING worked. Completely cleaned up all packing material. A perfect day and fantastic hot tub. A++ business.
Purchased a hot tub in January 2014. They delivered to a patio up a long hill. They placed the tub perfectly. All staff was great to work with. Very competitive with their prices.
